Emmanuelle Moreaux Suspended 100 Colors From the Ceiling

For Japan's Shinjuku Creators Festa 2013, Artist Emmanuelle Moreaux created 100 Colors, a suspended installation features more tahn 840 sheets of paper that filled the space with spectrum of colors. Inspired by the explosion of colors in Tokyo, Moreaux wanted to show the beauty of colors to the fullest extent. 100 colors were chosen from the thousands of shades produced by a Takeo, a Japanese paper maker. Visitors were also invited to sit down and interact with the installation from different angles.
