'Milkywave', a fluid wave of light created by Aidia Studio is, without a doubt, a stunner at Beijing Design Week 2012. Located in the factory at Dashilar (September 28 – October 6), this installation is consisted of 1,664 ceramic yogurt jars, hanging upside down from the ceiling. The designers cleverly give an mundane object in Beijingers' lives a boost to its identity. "With milkywave we celebrate the re-use of mass produced objects as core components for the design of new systems and configurations," Aidia Studio explains.
