TekiŌ, the Japanese word for ‘adaptation’, is a flexible modular lighting system inspired by traditional Japanese paper ‘Cochin’ lantern. Designed by London-based Anthony Dickens, Tekio can adapt to any interior space. The frame inside each paper tube can be bent from straight to ninety degrees, allowing it to be transformed into a pendant, a wall light, and even a floor lamp. You can also use It as a tool to divide space and highlight certain areas or create an unbroken line of light employed to guide people through an unfamiliar space.
The paper sections are supported by the frame, but can easily be separated to access the choice of LED or halogen bulbs. Visit Anthony Dickens Studio for more details.
