Anti-Aging Ramen with Blue Colored Soup

That is right, this delicious but bizarre-looking dish is colored blue.   Starting July 18, Beehive Genki no Moto (ビーハイブ ゲンキノモト) ramen shop in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, is serving this cold ramen dish with blue colored soup.The soup is in this distinctive shade of color because it contains phycocyanin, a protein with well established anti-aging and anti-oxidant properties.
