Jwalant Mahadevwala of andBlack Desgin Studio and Rooshad Shroff of Rooshad Shroff Architecture + Design were presented with the task of designing and making a canopy utilizing left over wooden parts from a previous workshop course, and execute the piece within 72 hours.
The ‘wooden foliage’ canopy is located at the main plaza for the School of Interior Design (SID) on the CEPT campus in Ahmedabad, suspended between two trees creating interesting shadow patterns on to the plaza below.
