You probably still remember that brilliant tablecloth design by Kristine Bjaadal, which turns accidental wine spills into something you can actually look forward to. We recently came across another splendid wine-related work. But instead of waiting for a spill to happen, artist Amelia Fais Harnas decides to create portraits by staining fabric with red wine using a wax resist to build a light/dark pattern. The outcome? Nothing short of amazing!
