Looking for an out-of-the-ordinary destination to visit this summer? With the London Olympics looming close, here is one of our recommandations for you Olympic goers. For a change of scenery, try the Longest Bench in Littlehampton, West Sussex.
It overlooks Littlehampton's Blue Flag beach and is almost a two-hour drive from London. Created by London-based architecture practice Studio Weave, it was opened to the public since July 30th, 2010. It consists of an impressively sprawling 2,000-foot-long seaside bench, and seats over 300 people along the Littlehampton's promenade.
