LICHTFAKTOR, a Germany-based artist collective pioneers in exploring new territories in light painting, has developed a new software for creating animated light paintings (or lightwritings) out of video frames. In other words, no CGI or special effects, therefore no post production is necessary.
Armed with this secret weapon, their light art performance at the Adam&Eva Award 2011 in Mannheim, one of the most important Event&Exhibition Award in Germany, was something you don't want to miss. Using their custom lightwriting software, they created some awesome motion graphics light paintings with video mapping done by farbraum.
