To celebrate the arrival of much-needed rain after a long drought in Madrid this summer, Spanish collective luzinterruptus installed 50 pairs of illuminated rain boots at Parque del Oeste. The installation Without Pollution, at least for a while aims to bring people outdoor to enjoy the temporary clean air that had eluded the city for quite some time this summer.
